Shipping policy
AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE AND THIS PAGE.
- At his time, Hyper Rare TCG is only shipping to residence on Canada. If you are interested in purchasing product to be delivered outside of Canada, please contact us via email to info@hyperraretcg.com or DM us Instagram @HyperRareTCG.
- Hyper Rare TCG is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered.
- Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces or factors is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. If product has any damage or defect we will have it noted in the product title/description.
- All items listed online are considered a final sale once the order has been processed and shipped.
- Hyper Rare TCG is not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.
- Orders will be processed and shipped withing 2 business day.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer a flat rate of $10 on sealed product up to $300, after $300 shipping is FREE! Singles have the option to be shipped in a Bubble Mailer through Canada Post letter mail for a flat rate of $2.50. Higher value Singles and Graded Cards will be shipped with tracking at the $10 flat rate unless they exceed the $300 minimum for free shipping.

RETURNS
Hyper Rare TCG does not accept returns. All products sold are to be considered final sale.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at info@hyperraretcg.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.
If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items. Superficial scuffing/tearing/damage on Trading Card Game or Sports Card Sealed Product that has no impact on the internal contents will not qualify as such and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for approval.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order. If this brings your order total below the minimum free shipping threshold we will still ship the rest of your order free of charge.
SALES TAX
All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.
